Hello there! Thanks for your interest in being involved in our club and wanting to be up-to-date with all our events--we're so grateful to have you as part of this community :) During the year we will be hosting virtual and in-person events ranging from paint nights and seminars, to workout sessions and meditation follow-alongs. Our goal is to create an inclusive community where we can support each other and lift one another up (especially after the year that we've all had)!

We believe that mental health awareness is lacking in many different groups and communities, including BIPOC, men, those from working class backgrounds, folks with disabilities, and the LGBTQ2IA+ community. In knowing the importance of mental health representation, we especially welcome folks of these demographics in our club. Your wellbeing and mental health experiences matter.
